On July 29, 2005, MidAmerican Energy Company filed an application seeking approval of revisions to its Monthly Metered Transportation Gas Pilot Project. The proposed revisions would increase the administrative charge to reflect the annual true up and add language to provide more description of the program.

On August 2, 2005, the Commission received a filing for approval of a Triennial Review Order and Triennial Review Remand Order Amendment to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and 1-800-Reconex, Inc. d/b/a USTel. According to the parties, this Amendment incorporates the Triennial Review Order and Triennial Review Remand Order into the already existing Interconnection Agreement between the parties, which was approved by the Commission on July 24 [27], 2004, in Docket TC04-200 [100]. Any party wishing to comment on the Agreement may do so by filing written comments with the Commission and the parties to the Agreement no later than August 22, 2005. Parties to the Agreement may file written responses to the comments no later than twenty days after the service of the initial comments.
