On February 9, 2005, Qwest Corporation (Qwest) filed for approval revisions to Qwest's South Dakota Statement of Generally Available Terms and Conditions Exhibit A. The revisions to Exhibit A reinstate the Cable Unloading/Bridge Tap Removal charge and adds clarifying language.
