OC06-009      In the Matter of the Complaint filed by City of Brandon, Brandon, South Dakota, against Jeremy Scadden Construction, Valley Springs, South Dakota

On November 13, 2006 the South Dakota One Call Notification Board received a filing of a complaint by Wayne Fletcher of The City of Brandon against Jeremy Scadden Construction of 120 Olson Street, Valley Springs, South Dakota 57068.  According to the complaint, Mr. Scadden was excavating at 213 Fairway Circle, Brandon, South Dakota 57005, without first obtaining a valid locate request.

TC06-190      In the Matter of Unauthorized Long Distance Charges made by eChurch Network and iLab Technologies and for their Failure to Obtain Certificates of Authority in South Dakota 

On November 15, 2006, Commission Staff filed a Motion for an Order to Show Cause due to unauthorized long distance charges made by eChurch Network and iLab Technologies and for their failure to obtain a Certificate of Service prior to offering long distance services in South Dakota as a long distance provider.

TC06-191      In the Matter of EchoStar Satellite LLC Owning the Trademark Dish Network's Failure to Register as a Telemarketer and the Solicitations it made to those Registered on the Do Not Call List. 

On November 15, 2006, Commission Staff filed a Motion for an Order to Show Cause due to Dish Network's failure to register as a telemarketer and the solicitations it made to individuals registered with the South Dakota Do Not Call Registry.
