TC06-066 In the Matter of the Section 272 Biennial Report for Qwest Communications International, Inc.

On June 9, 2006, the Commission received from Ernst & Young a Report of Independent Accountants on Applying Agreed-Upon Procedures regarding the section 272 biennial report for Qwest Communications International, Inc. Pursuant to section 272(d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, the Commission is accepting comments on this report. Any person may submit comments and the comments should include any proposal for how the Commission should proceed with this docket.

TC06-067 In the Matter of the Filing for Approval of an Interconnection Agreement between PrairieWave Community Telephone, Inc. and Sprint Communications Company L.P.

On June 23, 2006, the Commission received a filing for the approval of an Interconnection Agreement between PrairieWave Community Telephone, Inc. and Sprint Communications Company, L.P. According to the parties, this agreement is provides "the terms and conditions under which the Parties will interconnect their networks and provide other services necessary. . . ." Any party wishing to comment on the Agreement may do so by filing written comments with the Commission and the parties to the Agreement no later than July 13, 2006. Parties to the Agreement may file written responses to the comments no later than twenty days after the service of the initial comments.
