Associates of ENT Black Hills' representative (Complainant) alleges that McLeodUSA
Telecommunications Services, Inc. failed to honor its "Most Favored Customer" clause regarding its long distance and high-speed internet access. Complainant also alleges that it paid for advertising in the 2001/2002 yellow pages and the ad was not included in the phone book.
