CT99-021 In the Matter of the Complaint filed by Bryan and Natalie Parks, Rapid City, South Dakota, against Western Telecom Regarding Unauthorized Billing for Services.

Natalie Parks claims that they received a telemarketing call from Western Telecom offering service. Ms. Parks states that they refused the offer. The Parks received a billing.
