PUC: AT&T to provide free wireless devices to former Alltel customers
PIERRE, S.D. – The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission has received confirmation from AT&T that the company will provide Alltel customers, free of charge, a comparable wireless device when the customer is migrated to AT&T's GSM network.
