PUC Commissioner to speak to Spearfish service clubs
PIERRE, S.D. – South Dakota Public Utilities Commission Chairman Dusty Johnson will address a joint meeting of the Northern Black Hills Rotary and Spearfish Kiwanis clubs this Friday, May 28. Johnson is scheduled to speak about Black Hills Power's rate increase request. Topics to be addressed include the timeline, applicable laws and other facts related to the Black Hills Power rate increase review process.
Johnson's presentation will begin at 12:30 p.m. MST in the Willow Room at the Holiday Inn Convention Center in Spearfish. The public is invited to attend. Club business will be conducted prior to the presentation.
