PUC Big Stone II Decision Announced July 14

PIERRE, S.D. – South Dakota Public Utilities Commissioners Bob Sahr, Dusty Johnson and Gary Hanson will meet at 11:30 a.m. CDT, Friday, July 14, 2006, to take action on the Big Stone II siting permit application. The PUC will meet in Room 412 of the Capitol building in Pierre.

Access a live audio Web cast of the proceeding from the PUC Web site, http://www.puc.sd.gov. Click on the "Listen LIVE" link near the top of the home page.

Visit the PUC Web site for more information on the Big Stone II application and related filings submitted to the commission. Select "Commission Actions," then "2005 Electric Dockets." Click on the docket titled EL05-022 to access the documents.
