AGENDA OF COMMISSION MEETING

1.      EL17-055        In the Matter of the Application by Crocker Wind Farm, LLC for a Permit of a Wind Energy Facility and a 345 kV Transmission Line in Clark County, South Dakota, for Crocker Wind Farm (Staff Analysts: Darren Kearney, Jon Thurber; Staff Attorneys: Kristen Edwards, Amanda Reiss)

         On December 15, 2017, Crocker Wind Farm, LLC (Crocker) filed an Application for an energy facility permit and a 345 kV Transmission Line (Project) to construct the Crocker Wind Farm, a wind energy facility located on approximately 29,331 acres of privately owned land in Clark County, South Dakota, approximately 8 miles north of Clark, South Dakota. Following a contested case process, on June 12, 2018, the Commission issued a Final Decision and Order Granting Permit to Construct Facilities (Permit). On September 25, 2018, Crocker filed a South Dakota Energy Facility Permit Act Bond, Bond No. 190040806, in accordance with Condition 9(i) of the Permit. On September 7, 2021, Crocker filed a Renewed Motion for Release of Road and Public Infrastructure Restoration Bond that requests an order from the Commission releasing Bond No. 190040806. 

         TODAY, shall the Commission grant Crocker’s Renewed Motion for Release of Road and Public Infrastructure Restoration Bond? OR how shall the Commission Proceed?
