       You can fill out an online version of the Annual Report for Telecommunication
       Providers by selecting this option.
     *Note: This is due by June 1 for the preceding calendar.

2.   is for reporting inventories of warehouse
       receipted grain, grain bank and emergency storage inventories.
       This online form can be used in place of the paper form that is mailed to the
       South Dakota PUC.
