South Dakota Public Utilities Commission Meeting

MINUTES OF THE COMMISSION MEETING
Chairman Gary Hanson called the meeting to order. Present were: Commissioners: Chris Nelson and Kristie Fiegen; Commission Counsel: John Smith and Rolayne Wiest; Staff Attorney: Kristen Edwards; Staff Analysts: Jim Mehlhaff and Paul Kenefick-Aschoff; and Staff: Sherry Dickerson
Also present were:
Ray Martinmaas, Martinmaas Dairy; Kathy Zander, SD Grain & Feed Association; Milt Handcock, Central Harvest States Midwest Coop; Chet Brokaw, The Associated Press; and Brenda Forman, SD Association of Coops.
Joining the meeting by telephone were:
Steve Domm, Central Farmers Coop; and Mike Traxinger, SD Farmers Union.
Rule Making

Commissioner Fiegen moved to adopt the style and form changes proposed by the Legislative Research Council. Motion carried 3-0.
Commissioner Nelson moved to adopt the final rules as proposed with the changes from the Legislative Research Council. Motion carried 3-0.
There being no further business, at the hour of 11:33 a.m., the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission meeting adjourned.
