South Dakota Public Utilities Commission Meeting

AGENDA OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING 

Rule Making 

1.      RM07-001       In the Matter of Revisions and/or Additions to the Commission's Telecommunications Rules.  (Commission Attorney:  Rolayne Ailts Wiest) 

            The Commission held a public hearing in Room 413, 4th Floor, State Capitol, Pierre, South Dakota, on August 2, 2007, at 9:00 a.m., to consider the adoption and amendment of proposed rules numbered:  20:10:24:02, 20:10:24:04.02, 20:10:24:04.05, 20:10:24:05, 20:10:32:03, 20:10:32:06.01, 20:10:32:10, 20:10:32:29, 20:10:32:30, 20:10:32:31.01, 20:10:32:39, 20:10:32:54, 20:10:32:55, 20:10:33:22, 20:10:34:02.02 and 20:10:34:10.  The proposed rule changes affect telecommunications rules.  Interested persons presented data, opinions, and arguments for and against the proposed rules by appearing in person at the hearing.
