1.         TC06-186     In the Matter of the Application of Capital Telephone Company, Inc. for a Certificate of Authority to Provide Local Exchange Services in Exchanges Served by Qwest.  (Staff Analyst:  Nathan Solem, Staff Attorney:  Karen Cremer) 

On November 1, 2006, Capital Telephone Company, Inc. filed an application seeking a Certificate of Authority to provide competitive local exchange services, interexchange telecommunications services and operator services in South Dakota exchanges served by Qwest. 

TODAY, shall the Commission Grant a Certificate of Authority to Capital Telephone Company, Inc.?
