ADDENDUM TO THE
AGENDA OF COMMISSION MEETING

Natural Gas

1.      NG10-003       In the Matter of the Filing by NorthWestern Corporation dba NorthWestern Energy for Approval of a Contract with Deviations. (Staff Analyst: Dave Jacobson, Staff Attorney: Karen Cremer)

         On June 9, 2010, the Commission received an application by NorthWestern Corporation dba NorthWestern Energy (NorthWestern) for approval of a contract with deviation to construct a natural gas line to serve the South Dakota Wheat Growers Aberdeen East Facility. NorthWestern will install, or arrange for the installation of, approximately 1/2 mile of 4-inch pipeline. The deviated rate will allow NorthWestern to fully recover the cost of the upgrade, after which the customer will revert back to Rate 86 tariffed rates.

         TODAY, Shall the Commission approve the Contract with Deviation and Associated Tariff Revision with an effective date of June 15, 2010?

2.      NG10-004       In the Matter of the Filing by NorthWestern Corporation dba NorthWestern Energy for Approval of a Contract with Deviations. (Staff Analyst: Dave Jacobson, Staff Attorney: Karen Cremer)

         On June 9, 2010, the Commission received an application by NorthWestern Corporation dba NorthWestern Energy (NorthWestern) for approval of a contract with deviation to construct a natural gas line to serve the South Dakota Wheat Growers Facility in Willow Lake, South Dakota. NorthWestern will upgrade, or arrange for the upgrade, to a 4-inch pipeline. The deviated rate will allow NorthWestern to fully recover the cost of the upgrade, after which the customer will revert back to Rate 86 tariffed rates.  

      TODAY, Shall the Commission approve the Contract with Deviation and Associated Tariff Revision with an effective date of June 15, 2010?

3.      NG10-005       In the Matter of the Filing by NorthWestern Corporation dba NorthWestern Energy for Approval of a Contract with Deviations. (Staff Analyst: Dave Jacobson, Staff Attorney: Karen Cremer)

         On June 9, 2010, the Commission received an application by NorthWestern Corporation dba NorthWestern Energy (NorthWestern) for approval of a contract with deviation to construct a natural gas line to serve the South Dakota Wheat Growers facility in Andover, South Dakota. NorthWestern will install, or arrange for the installation of, approximately five miles of 4-inch pipeline to serve a new grain drying facility. The deviated rate will allow NorthWestern to fully recover the cost of the upgrade, after which the customer will revert back to Rate 86 tariffed rates. 

      TODAY, Shall the Commission approve the Contract with Deviation and Associated Tariff Revision with an effective date of June 15, 2010?

4.      NG10-006       In the Matter of the Filing by NorthWestern Corporation dba NorthWestern Energy for Approval of a Contract with Deviations. (Staff Analyst: Dave Jacobson, Staff Attorney: Karen Cremer)

           On June 9, 2010, the Commission received an application by NorthWestern Corporation dba NorthWestern Energy (NorthWestern) for approval of a contract with deviation to upgrade a natural gas line to serve the South Dakota Wheat Growers expanded grain drying facility in Yale, South Dakota. NorthWestern will upgrade, or arrange for the upgrade, to a 4-inch pipeline. The deviated rate will allow NorthWestern to fully recover the cost of the upgrade, after which the customer will revert back to Rate 86 tariffed rates.  

         TODAY, Shall the Commission approve the Contract with Deviation and Associated Tariff Revision with an effective date of June 15, 2010?
