EL09-004        In the Matter of the Filing by NorthWestern Corporation d/b/a NorthWestern Energy for Approval of Tariff Revisions.

            On March 31, 2009, Northwestern Energy filed with the Commission an application for approval of changes to its electric tariff; specifically introducing language regarding tankless water heaters.

NG09-003       In the Matter of the Filing by MidAmerican Energy Company for Approval of its 2008 Economic Development Report and its 2009 Economic Development Plan.

            On March 27, 2009, as part of the Decision and Order approving Settlement Stipulation in NG01-010, MidAmerican Energy Company filed its 2008 economic development report and its proposed 2009 economic development budget for Commission approval.

TC09-012        In the Matter of the Application of Broadvox-CLEC, LLC for a Certificate of Authority to Provide Interexchange Telecommunications Services and Local Exchange Services in South Dakota.

            On March 26, 2009, Broadvox-CLEC, LLC (Broadvox) filed an application for a certificate of authority to provide interexchange telecommunications services and local exchange services in South Dakota.  Broadvox proposes to offer services to residential and commercial customers.  Broadvox requests confidential treatment of its financial information.

TC09-013        In the Matter of the Filing for Approval of an Amendment to an Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and MCImetro Access Transmission Services, Inc.

            On March 31, 2009, the Commission received a filing for approval of an Amendment to an Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and MCImetro Access Transmission Services, Inc.  Any party wishing to comment on the Agreement may do so by filing written comments with the Commission and the parties to the Agreement no later than April 20, 2009.  Parties to the Agreement may file written responses to the comments no later than twenty days after service of the initial comments.
