TC05-085 In the Matter of the Application of 800 Response Information Services LLC for a Certificate of Authority to Provide Interexchange Telecommunications Services in South Dakota.

On June 23, 2005, 800 Response Information Services LLC filed an application seeking a Certificate of Authority to provide interexchange services throughout South Dakota. The Applicant intends to offer resold inbound Toll-Free "800" services, along with enhanced services such as real time call detail report via the Internet to non-residential customers.

TC05-086 In the Matter of the Filing by BullsEye Telecom, Inc. for Approval of its Intrastate Switched Access Tariff and for an Exemption from Developing Company Specific Cost-Based Switched Access Rates.

On June 27, 2005, BullsEye Telecom, Inc. filed a petition asking for an exemption from developing company-specific cost-based switched access rates. The Applicant requests waivers of ARSD 20:10:27:07, 20:10:27:12 and 20:10:27:13. Applicant intends to mirror the switched access tariffed rates of Qwest.

TC05-087 In the Matter of the Establishment of Switched Access Revenue Requirement for City of Brookings Municipal Telephone Department.

On June 27, 2005, City of Brookings Municipal Telephone Department filed a switched access cost study developing a revenue requirement and minutes of use that are included in the revenue requirement and minutes of use used to determine the switched access rates for the Local Exchange Carriers Association.

TC05-088 In the Matter of the Filing for Approval of an Amendment to an Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and Sancom, Inc. d/b/a Mitchell Telecom.

On June 27, 2005, the Commission received a filing for approval of a Triennial Review Order and Triennial Review Remand Order Amendment to the Interconnection Agreement between Qwest Corporation and Sancom, Inc. d/b/a Mitchell Telecom. According to the parties, this Amendment revises the Wireline Adoption Interconnection Agreement which was approved by the Commission on September 22, 2004, in Docket TC04-143. Any party wishing to comment on the Agreement may do so by filing written comments with the Commission and the parties to the Agreement no later than July 18, 2005. Parties to the Agreement may file written response as to the comments no later than twenty days after the service of the initial comments.

According to the parties, this Amendment revises the Interconnection Agreement which was approved by the Commission on February 25, 2004, in Docket TC04-007. Any party wishing to comment on the Agreement may do so by filing written comments with the Commission and the parties to the Agreement no later than July 18, 2005. TC05-096 In the Matter of the Establishment of Switched Access Rates for the Local Exchange Carriers Association.

On June 29, 2005, the Local Exchange Carriers Association (LECA) filed revised switched access tariff pages. The purpose of these revisions is to implement changes in rates as necessitated by revisions in member companies' revenue requirements and access minutes of use. LECA requests that the revised rates be effective August 1, 2005.
