MFSI-SD soon will inter into negotiations with USWC, for the provision of wholesale services, interconnection, access to unbundled network elements, and interim number portability, subject to Sections 251 and 271 of the Telecommunications Act of 1996, to enable MFSI-SD to begin operations."
