The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission hosted the 2015 South Dakota/North Dakota Pipeline Safety Operator Training Conference on April 15-16 in Sioux Falls, S.D. Pipeline operators from both South Dakota and North Dakota attended the training event. Presenters included industry experts and representatives from the U.S. Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration.
