Welcome

The South Dakota Public Utilities Commission will host the 2027 South Dakota/North Dakota/Wyoming Pipeline Safety Operator Training Conference on March 2-3, 2027, in Rapid City, S.D. Pipeline operators from both states are welcome to attend. All attendees will have the opportunity to learn from industry experts and network with others in the pipeline safety field.
