Exhibitors Showcase

Vendors serving the pipeline safety industry were invited to participate in the Exhibitor Showcase at the 2017 South Dakota/North Dakota/Wyoming Pipeline Safety Operator Training Conference coordinated by the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission. Members of the pipeline safety industry from South Dakota, North Dakota and Wyoming were expected to attend the training. Attendees had opportunities to browse the exhibits and visit with company representatives throughout the 1.5-day training event. Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks as well as the Wednesday luncheon were served in the showcase room.

An exhibitor-hosted hospitality reception was scheduled for Wednesday, March 29, 4:30 - 6:30 p.m. MDT. The reception was a great time for networking and socializing among the conference attendees and exhibitors.

Registration Fee
$150 registration fee per exhibitor. Includes 10’ x 10’ exhibit space with six-foot table, two chairs and access to electricity (if needed); and luncheon and refreshment breaks for one exhibitor representative. Additional exhibitor representatives are required to register and pay the conference attendee fee. Payment by check is requested, payable to “Pipeline Conference.”

Door Prizes
Each exhibitor was requested to provide at least one door prize to be awarded by drawing at the reception the evening of March 29. The SD PUC provided tickets to attendees that they could drop at exhibitor booths to enter each drawing.

Exhibitor Schedule:

Set-up: Tuesday, March 28, noon - 6 p.m. MDT.
Showcase hours:

Wednesday, March 29, 7 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 30, 7 a.m. - Noon
Booths were required to be staffed during all refreshment breaks and the reception Wednesday evening.
Vendor representatives were welcome to attend training sessions, but were responsible for the security of their exhibits and products when booths are unattended.
