South Dakota Public Utilities Commissioners Gary Hanson, Chris Nelson and Kristie Fiegen were joined by representatives of South Dakota's electric utility providers to discuss the EPA's Clean Power Plan Proposed Rule. Topics included an overview of the proposed plan, an examination of compliance methods, the cost of compliance and the impact on reliability.
