Dirk Shulund, Western Area Power Administration, Billings, Mont.
Dirk Shulund is the project manager, transmission tariff coordinator, for the Western Area Power Administration Upper Great Plains Region. He started working for Western in 2000 as an environmental protection specialist and accepted his current position in November of 2008. Mr. Shulund received a bachelor's degree from Rocky Mountain College and attended graduate school at the University of Montana.
