Lyle Darnell, Energy Dynamics, Carthage, S.D.
Mr. Darnell is a pioneer in the development of the Northern Plains' geothermal heating and cooling market. As a co-founder of Energy Dynamics, he has more than 40 years of professional business experience dating from 1967 when he was specifying HVAC equipment. He spent many years as a mechanical contractor, primarily engaged in heat pump sales and installations. In January 2009, Mr. Darnell removed himself from the day-to-day operations of Energy Dynamics. He remains active, however, as a trainer, public speaker, advisor, newsletter editor and travels the area to work with dealers.
