MINUTES OF THE AD HOC MEETING
Chairman Jim Burg called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. Present were Commissioner Pam Nelson, Executive Director Bill Bullard, Deputy Executive Director Sue Cichos, Staff Attorney Karen Cremer, Telecommunications Analyst Harlan Best, Utility Analyst Keith Senger, Legal Intern Jeff Koerselman, and Administrative Secretary Shirleen Fugitt. Commissioner Laska Schoenfelder was absent and not voting.
Also present were Lori Grode, Pierre Court Reporting; Rich Coit, SDITC; and Joe Kafka, The Associated Press.
Joining the meeting by phone were David Overton, FTT; Mary Lohnes, Midco Communications; Colleen Sevold and Todd Lundy, U S WEST Communications; and Michele Singer, AT&T.
Rule Making
Chairman Burg read the proposed rule changes.
Commissioner Nelson moved to approve the rules with the proposed changes. Chairman Burg seconded. Motion passed 2-0.
The meeting was adjourned.
