MINUTES OF THE AD HOC COMMISSION MEETING
Chairman Burg called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. Present were Commissioner Laska Schoenfelder, Commissioner Pam Nelson, Executive Director Bill Bullard, General Counsel Rolayne Ailts Wiest, Staff Attorney Karen Cremer, Utility Analysts Bob Knadle, Dave Jacobson and Tammi Stangohr, Consumer Representative Leni Hook, Business Manager Sue Cichos, Paralegal Intern Richard Keyes, and Administrative Secretary Shirleen Fugitt.
Also present was Bob Miller, South Dakota Electric Utilities.
Joining the meeting by phone were Jim Wilcox and Sally DeNeui, Northern States Power, and Veda Boxwell, East River Legal Services.
Electricity
Veda Boxwell, East River Legal Services, explained the complaint. Jim Wilcox, Northern States Power reviewed customer history information. Following discussion, Ms. Wiest recommended deferral. Action was deferred.
The meeting was adjourned.
