Mr. Eggl is the senior vice president of external relations and communications for Basin Electric Power Cooperative. He has been with the generation and transmission cooperative since 2002 and has 12 years experience in government relations and public administration roles. Mr. Eggl earned bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of North Dakota.
