1. TC97-165 IN THE MATTER OF THE FILING BY U S WEST COMMUNICATIONS, INC., FOR APPROVAL OF AGREEMENT FOR SERVICE RESALE BETWEEN MIDCO COMMUNICATIONS, INC., AND U S WEST COMMUNICATIONS, INC. (Staff Attorney: Camron Hoseck.)

On July 17, 1998, U S WEST Communications, Inc, filed the first amendment to agreement for service resale between Midco Communications and U S WEST Communications, Inc. This amendment adds or replaces language in the original agreement. Notice of this filing was distributed in the Commission's Weekly Filings on July 23, 1998. A comment deadline of August 13, 1998 was established. No comments were filed. TODAY, shall the Commission approve the agreement?
