Following the issuance of the June 3, 1997, Agenda of the Commission Meeting which includes this docket for Commission action, AT&T Communications of the Midwest, Inc. (AT&T), on May 30, 1997, filed a motion with the Commission. AT&T's motion requests the Commission to reopen the record in this docket to allow the admission of additional evidence.

Docket TC97-049 is on today's agenda for purposes of considering the petitions for intervention by AT&T Communications of the Midwest, Inc. (AT&T), and MCI Telecommunications Corporation (MCI). This Docket (TC97-049) and Docket TC97-016 are closely related with each docket interdependent on the other. Staff recommends that the Commission consider consolidating these two dockets.
