            Petition by South Dakota Oilseed Processors, L.L.C. ("Oilseed Processors") to have NorthWestern Energy assigned as its electric provider in the service territory of Dakota Energy Cooperative, Inc. Oilseed Processors states it is a new customer in a new location in Hand County, South Dakota that will have a contracted minimum demand in excess of 2,000 kilowatts and requests to be served electricity by NorthWestern Energy pursuant to SDCL49-34A-56.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS

TC08-043 -  In the Matter of the Application of Communication Access Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Inc. for a Certificate of Authority to Provide Interchange Telecommunications Services in South Dakota.

            On April 29, 2008, Communication Access Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Inc. ("CACDHH") filed an application for a certificate of authority to provide interexchange services in South Dakota. CACDHH intends to provide Video Relay Service and Internet Protocol Relay, and needs the certificate of authority in order to become eligible for reimbursement from the Interstate Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) fund for those services.
