EL07- 036 In the Matter of the Petition of Xcel Energy for Approval to Establish a Demand Side Management Program and Cost Recovery Tariff and for Approval of its 2008 Planned Costs to be Included in its Rates.

On December 28, 2007, Xcel Energy filed a petition with the Commission for approval of an expanded demand side management program and cost recovery tariff. In its petition, Xcel requests to add several new programs and establish a Demand Side Management Cost Adjustment Factor to be included in rates.

TC07-127 In the Matter of the Filing by Sage Telecom, Inc. for Approval of its Intrastate Switched Access Tariff and for an Exemption from Developing Company Specific Cost-Based Switched Access Rates.

On December 27, 2007, Sage Telecom, Inc. filed a petition in accordance with ARSD 20:10:27:11 requesting an exemption from filing company specific cost-based intrastate switched access rates. Sage is requesting a waiver of ARSD 20:10:27:07, 12 and 13 and is requesting to mirror the Qwest rates.

TC07-128 In the Matter of the Filing by Sancom, Inc. d/b/a Mitchell Telecom for Approval of its Intrastate Switched Access Tariff and for an Extension of an Exemption from Developing Company Specific Cost-Based Switched Access Rates.

On December 29, 2004, the Commission issued an order granting Sancom, Inc. d/b/a Mitchell Telecom a three year exemption from developing company specific cost-based intrastate switched access rates in accordance with ARSD 20:10:27:11. On December 28, 2007, Sancom filed a petition asking for an extension of that exemption. Additionally, Sancom is requesting to reduce its intrastate switched access rates to $0.115 per originating and terminating MOU, a decrease of $0.0075 from its current rates.

TC07- 134 In the Matter of DelTel, Inc. d/b/a AuctionFON's Failure to Submit a Report and Pay the Gross Receipts Tax.

The above companies shall appear on February 26, 2008, at 9:30 a.m. in the Cactus Conference Room, State Capitol Building, 500 East Capitol, Pierre, South Dakota, to show cause why action should not be taken against the company for failure to comply with SDCL Chapter 49 1A.
