NG98-009 In the Matter of the Filing by MidAmerican Energy Company for Approval of Tariff Extension for Recovery of IGSPP Program.

MidAmerican Energy Company (MidAmerican) received approval from the South Dakota Public Utilities Commission to implement the Incentive Gas Supply Procurement Program (IGSPP) on November 8, 1995, in Docket No. NG95-006. MidAmerican is asking the Commission to extend the IGSPP tariff adjustment for billing through October 31, 1999. This extension of the tariff period will allow the remaining last two periods of the IGSPP programs approved in Docket No. NG95- 006.

TC98-182 In the Matter of the Application of Megsinet-CLEC, Inc., for a Certificate of Authority to Provide Telecommunications Services in South Dakota.

Application of Megsinet-CLEC, Inc. for a certificate of authority to provide inbound and outbound telecommunications services to residential and business customers utilizing switched access. Switched access service is available on a presubscription basis from equal access originating end offices. Megsinet also offers travel card services. All services are available twenty-four hours per day, seven days a week. Service is offered as an add-on to Megsinet's interstate service.
